Naomi Wiens, LMFT

I work with adolescents, adults, and couples. I use a relational and dynamic approach to therapy, assisting clients in broadening conscious awareness of self and emotion within the body. I work with couples from an Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) model. Areas of professional interest include religious trauma and spiritual reclamation, embodiment, identity formation, dream & shadow work, grief/loss, cultural and generational trauma, and working with artists and creativity. I enjoy incorporating the strengths and interests clients bring into the therapeutic process, including art and musical expression. My desire is to hold space for all parts of a person, engaging the self with curiosity, compassion, and honor to deepen your sense of knowing yourself.
